At Bigrizy Guard, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (chemical and hazardous materials such as spray foam, cleaners, and sealants), we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.

All sales are final. Please make sure to review the product details carefully before placing your order.

In case you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
